Conner is the Director of Strategic Finance at Redwood Services. In this role, he leads high-priority, cross-functional strategic finance projects across Redwood and its Partner Companies, from problem definition through implementation.

Before joining Redwood, Conner spent seven-plus years in FP&A, most recently as Senior Manager of FP&A at Rentokil-Terminix in Memphis, where he led finance business partnering teams, primarily supporting the Fleet, Procurement, Property, and Customer Experience functions. Prior to that, he was a Manager of FP&A at HelloFresh in New York City, forecasting and reporting on revenue and sales volume performance for each of the company’s brands. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte, building a foundation in audit and financial controls before moving into FP&A and strategic finance.

Conner is a CPA with a B.B.A. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Memphis. He lives and works in Memphis, Tennessee. Outside of work, Conner enjoys watching soccer and football, cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies, catching live music, and staying active.
