Matt Everitt

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

Matt is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Redwood Services. 

Prior to joining Redwood, Matt spent nearly 15 years in the automotive and HVAC industries with leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz, Lucid Motors, and Carrier.  Before becoming an in-house attorney, Matt worked as a federal prosecutor in Nashville and for a Washington, DC law firm.

Matt has a J.D. from Columbia University Law School and earned his B.A. from Washington & Lee University, where he played varsity football.

Matt, his wife Erin, and their three kids are proud to call Memphis home.
