Amber is an M&A Lead Manager at Redwood Services where she manages the tuck-in M&A pipeline, keeping each opportunity moving forward while coordinating timelines, priorities, and next steps. She collaborates closely with business owners, Partners, teammates and key stakeholders to maintain clear communication, anticipate needs, and ensure everyone stays aligned throughout the process.

Prior to joining Redwood, Amber spent four years as an M&A Coordinator with Village Pet Care, where she partnered closely with business owners throughout the acquisition process to help ensure a smooth transition for their customers and employees. During her time there, she also led the implementation of Monday.com and its integration across departments, helping teams improve organization, communication, and workflow management.

Amber graduated magna cum laude from Christian Brothers University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development. She then spent nineteen years as an educator, primarily teaching mathematics at an all-girls school. That experience inspired her lasting commitment to helping girls build confidence in math and problem-solving.

Born and raised in Memphis, Amber now lives in Arlington with her husband, and their two poodles. Outside of work, she enjoys taking on design projects, baking, and entertaining family and friends.
