His background centers on turning digital advertising into measurable business results, from generating leads and booked jobs to driving revenue across competitive markets.

Prior to joining Redwood, Journey held digital marketing roles with Healthcare Success, Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Service Champions, and Oak Creek Trail. Throughout his career, he has managed advertising strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.

Journey has extensive experience working with multi-location brands and service-based businesses, managing campaigns across a wide range of markets and budgets. He enjoys digging into the data, testing new ideas, and finding opportunities to improve performance while keeping the bigger business goals in focus.

Based in Orange County, California, Journey and his wife enjoy traveling the world, spending time with family, and life with their two dogs.
