Shaun Hardick

Chief Financial Officer and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions

Shaun is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of Redwood Services. In this role, he leads all finance and accounting initiatives across the Redwood Family in addition to the M&A function.

Prior to joining Redwood, Shaun spent four years as the Vice President of Finance at Archer Systems, a mass tort and class action claims administrator. In his time at Archer, Shaun was responsible for executing a full suite of cross‐functional strategic initiatives including corporate development, fundraising, operational improvement, financial planning & analysis, and strategic advisory. Shaun also led Archer through two acquisitions and a significant minority exit. The Texas native began his career in Dallas working for two of the Big Four professional services firms, most recently in PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, where he advised on more than 20 deals totaling over $4 billion.

Shaun earned a Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a Certified Professional Accountant in the state of Texas.
