Lauren Pelkey

Controller

Lauren is the Controller for Redwood Services. In this position, she is responsible for planning and supporting accounting and finance initiatives at both the Redwood Holdco and Redwood Partner Company level.

Prior to joining Redwood, Lauren spent nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as an Assurance Director. She was responsible for complex accounting and SEC reporting matters including business combinations, derivatives, fair value measurements, actuarial valuations, goodwill and other intangible assets and revenue recognition. She also served as a Southeast Market Leader within the firm to enhance its digital strategy across all lines of services.

Lauren earned a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration from the University of Alabama where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a Certified Professional Accountant in the state of Alabama and Tennessee.

She and her husband were both born and raised in Memphis and have one daughter together.
