Conner Forrester

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Conner is a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Redwood Services. In this role, he partners with leaders across the business on strategic performance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning.

Prior to joining Redwood, Conner spent 5 years at FedEx working in Strategic Finance. He was responsible for various elements of financial reporting creating data visualization dashboards and reports to analyze trends including revenue, payments, and net bad debt, as well as preparing and reviewing business case financials associated with strategic projects. His team also worked on a wide array of strategic projects within the finance/accounting space focusing on revenue quality, process optimization within financial systems, and improving customer payment behavior. He was awarded the prestigious FedEx Five-Star and Information Technology Hall of Fame awards during his tenure.

Conner earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration with a minor in Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
