Executive Assistant, Operations

Lisa is the Executive Assistant to the Redwood Partner Support Center Operations Team where she is responsible for serving and supporting the full range of administrative needs.

Prior to joining Redwood, Lisa served nearly six years as Executive Assistant to the Chief Brand Officer and five Marketing and Communications Directors at Ducks Unlimited, a nonprofit wetlands conservation organization. She also served as Editorial Assistant for Ducks Unlimited and Wetlands America magazines where she coordinated the publication and distribution to more than 700,000 North American subscribers. Lisa joined Ducks Unlimited following a twenty-five-year real estate career that began in residential property management in the early-to-mid 90’s. She spent the last ten years of her real estate career specializing in commercial real estate portfolio analysis and management for several large-scale accounts such as Google/Alphabet, American Express, Nike, TD Ameritrade, and Constellation Energy.

During her tenure at Ducks Unlimited, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from the University of Memphis where she graduated in May 2023 at the tender age of 52. Through her recent UofM education, Lisa sharpened her business analytics and operational management skills with the use of contemporary BI platforms that she now employs in her role at Redwood Services.

Lisa and her husband, Johnny, live in the small town of Munford, TN and enjoy time spent with their large family that includes six adult children and fifteen grandchildren. They are also active in their church and enjoy fishing every chance they get.
