Stephanie joined Dean’s in 2008 as a bookkeeper at a time when Dean’s only had eight employees. As result of her hard work, Stephanie bought the business with her business partner Jeremy Shepard in 2019 and has been a critical part of the company’s growth into one of the Twin Cities’ leading home services companies.

Stephanie believes in having fun at work and embracing the grind of owning a business. After working with Jeremy all of these years, the two rely on each other to roll with the challenges and successes of running a business.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys relaxing with her family and keeping up with her four dogs.
