Travis Wethington

General Manager, B&J 

Travis Wethington is the General Manager of B&J Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, representing the third generation of leadership in this family-owned business. Founded by his grandfather in 1976, Travis has worked his way up through various roles, including installer, service technician, and comfort advisor. In 2019, after his mother suddenly passed away, he stepped up to lead the company, demonstrating remarkable leadership and business acumen.

Under Travis’ leadership, B&J has expanded from 8 to 60 employees in just five years. His ultimate goal is to grow the family business as his mother always dreamed, honoring her memory through the company’s success. He takes pride in continuing the family legacy.

Outside of work, Travis is an avid football and basketball fan. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. Above all, Travis cherishes spending quality time with his family, especially his children.
