Natalie is the Manager of ServiceTitan Strategy & Innovation. In this role, she spearheads efforts to maximize the value and impact of ServiceTitan – collaborating with Redwood Partners and Partner Support Center colleagues to establish best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for growth through technology-driven solutions.
Natalie brings over a decade of experience in project management, operational strategy, and SaaS solutions, most recently with ServiceTitan. From managing multimillion-dollar implementations to facilitating mergers and acquisitions, Natalie is skilled at navigating complexity and delivering results. She thrives in high-pressure environments where strategic thinking and creative problem-solving are essential. With a strong foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills, Natalie excels at working cross-functionally to build systems that empower businesses to thrive.
Natalie earned her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from University of Michigan & recently received her Certified Administration Certificate from ServiceTitan.
Natalie spent her childhood in the Midwest but is currently based in Florida. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Charlie, and son, Santiago. She is also an avid Michigan Wolverine fan – Go Blue!
