Senior Manager Lifecycle Marketing

Julia is Redwood’s Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing. She creates targeted campaigns to shape the customer journey, maximizing customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

Before joining Redwood, Julia spent seven years at a full-service digital marketing firm specializing in The Trades, developing campaign strategies for clients in the home services sector, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pest control. She is known for blending strategic insight with strong campaign execution to help service providers grow and retain their customer base. She is also an exceptionally skilled and experienced writer, a talent that will serve her well in launching a content library available to be deployed via Redwood Partner customer newsletters. 

Julia graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge, with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. A California native who now calls Texas home, Julia is a proud mother who enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends in her free time.
