Shane Pomeroy
Director of Field Operations
With over 35 years in the trades, Shane began his career as a maintenance technician and worked his way through every level of the business, earning his leadership role through hands-on experience in the field and in management. His background allows him to connect with teams at every level, from technicians to senior leadership, aligning execution across the organization. Prior to joining Redwood, Shane was the Director of Operations for the Sierra platform, leading multi-location HVAC and plumbing companies with a focus on performance, accountability, and scalable growth.
He also spent two years as an implementation coach with the Nexstar Network, where he trained and developed service managers and leadership teams on proven systems for operational excellence, sales performance, and customer experience. That experience sharpened his ability to install structure, accountability, and consistency across service organizations.
Shane specializes in developing high-performing service and sales teams and implementing KPI-driven systems that produce measurable results. He is known for simplifying complex challenges into clear, actionable plans, helping teams increase technician-generated leads, improve close rates, and grow average ticket while maintaining a strong customer focus.
His leadership style is direct, accountable, and people-focused, building leaders who take ownership, execute at a high level, and deliver results.
Outside of work, Shane is a family man—married with two sons, two incredible daughters-in-law, and a proud new grandfather to an amazing grandson. GO IRISH!
