Gary is a Director of Field Operations at Redwood Services. In this role, he works closely with Redwood Partner Companies to support top line revenue growth and drive operational efficiencies. Additionally, he supports Service, Sales, and Call Center Managers on best practices implementation to reach and exceed optimal performance goals.
With more than 25 years of experience in the home services industry, Gary has dedicated his career to helping people, developing teams, and improving business performance. As a Master Electrician, he has combined hands-on field experience with executive leadership, earning the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles throughout his career.
Gary has trained in respected industry programs including Nexstar, Certain Path, Rodney Webb, and has held executive leadership positions including, IAQ Director, HVAC Director and Vice President of Operations, overseeing large teams, driving operational performance, and supporting significant business growth.
Gary is recognized for his ability to build strong teams, improve operational performance, and create cultures of accountability that drive long-term success.
