Ashley Pennington
Vice President of Human Resources
Ashley is the Vice President of Human Resources for Redwood Services. In this role, she partners with HR leaders across Redwood’s network of Partner organizations, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship on human resources practices, employee relations, talent retention, and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Redwood, Ashley spent nearly five years as a Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer, advising startup and growth-stage organizations on building scalable people strategies. She also spent nearly a decade in the essential home services industry, supporting organizations within the ServiceMaster family of brands. During that time, she played a key role in the team that guided the IPO process for frontdoor, a leading home warranty company.
Throughout her career, Ashley has served as a trusted HR business partner to executive leadership teams, volunteered as a board member for both local and national organizations, and led initiatives that foster diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
Ashley earned her degree in Literature from Murray State University. An avid reader, she enjoys discovering new books and authors in her spare time. She and her husband share a passion for travel and are proud parents of five children and one very spoiled dog.
