Ben Roberts

Senior Operations Analyst

Ben is the Senior Operations Analyst at Redwood Services. In this role, he utilizes best practices to provide analysis, insights, and project support to Redwood and its Partner companies.

Ben has worked at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence for multinational corporations, non-profits, and startups alike, including companies like Google, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and ExpressScripts. Prior to joining Redwood, he was a Data Program Manager responsible for global call center and customer support analysis & process improvement projects, as well as automation initiatives and the development of an operations consulting team.

In 2010, Ben earned his degree in Finance from the University of Memphis. He is a multi-passionate, jack of all traders who has committed to continuous learning in his profession. Throughout the years, Ben has received his Data Management Certification, PMP Certification, and completed a Fellowship in Data Science.

Ben is a native Memphian who enjoys spending time with family, working on his car, and completing home remodeling projects in his free time.
