Bill Bell

Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis

Bill is the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Redwood Services. In this role, he supports Redwood Partners & the Partner Support Center with financial reporting and modeling to drive profitable revenue growth.

Before joining Redwood, Bill spent thirteen years in the home services industry with roles in FP&A, process improvement, and strategy. The last six years he was a Sr. Director of FP&A at Terminix, where he oversaw financial planning for 300+ branches and led management reporting for the Executive Leadership Team at the $2.0bn business. He was also a lead on the Rentokil merger and integration, supporting deal due diligence and integrating reporting after the historic acquisition. Before Terminix, he held roles at American Home Shield focused on process improvement in the contractor network then FP&A focused on the sales and marketing function. His early career was in corporate strategy at The ServiceMaster company, supporting several iconic distributed services organizations. He was in the Senior Leader Talent Program at RentokilTerminix (global top talent program), received the Awards of Excellence at Terminix (the top annual recognition), and received the President’s Club Award at American Home Shield (the top annual recognition).

Bill has a B.A from Rhodes College in Memphis. He was born and raised in Memphis, where he lives with his wife and two children.
