Brent Weintz

Director of Enterprise Intelligence

Brent is the Director of Enterprise Intelligence at Redwood Services.  In this role, he provides leadership in shaping and executing Redwood’s technology strategy in IT managed services, cybersecurity, business intelligence, system implementations, operations reporting, and more.

Brent is a strategic BI and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience developing enterprise data strategies and guiding high-performing teams across operational, service-focused, and multi-location businesses. He combines deep expertise in Snowflake-based architecture, KPI governance, and modern BI ecosystems with a collaborative approach that helps leaders gain real-time visibility into performance, profitability, and customer experience. Brent is known for partnering closely with executives and operators to build scalable data platforms and deploy analytics that support consistent, high-quality service across locations.

Brent earned his Master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Based in Memphis, he and his wife stay busy cheering on their four kids in a wide range of activities.
