Brooke Ramsey
Technology Project Manager
Brooke is a Technology Project Manager at Redwood Services. In this role, she supports technology initiatives across Redwood Nation, helping lead ServiceTitan implementations and optimizations, while also driving improvements across our broader home services technology stack. She brings structure to complex projects, sharpening reporting, standardizing configuration, and strengthening visibility and communication throughout the Redwood organization.
Brooke began her career in global supply chain and inventory management, rising from intern to analyst to software development manager before pivoting into the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industry through Arlinghaus, Redwood’s fourth Partner Company. There she spent three years immersed in the trades, building deep fluency in ServiceTitan, integrations, and project delivery. She excels at aligning systems with operational best practices, guiding teams through change, and turning each rollout into a repeatable playbook for the next.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Thomas More University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society. She is a Commander-level Certified Administrator through ServiceTitan and continues to expand her expertise through her love of learning.
Based in Kentucky, Brooke enjoys reading, writing, painting, and spending time outdoors.
