Director of Marketing

Camilo is a Director of Marketing at Redwood Services. In this role he leads marketing strategy and enablement, aligning marketing, operations, and capacity to drive scalable, data-driven growth.

Camilo is a seasoned marketing executive with more than a decade of experience driving growth in the home services industry. Since 2013, he has partnered with leadership teams to scale service businesses through data-driven marketing strategies and strong operational alignment.

Earlier in his career, Camilo served in a senior marketing role at Apex Service Partners, a national HVAC, plumbing, and electrical platform. In this role, he supported multiple operating companies, helping to build marketing teams, strengthen local brands, and improve lead generation across diverse markets.

More recently, Camilo was Marketing Director at Brody Pennell, where he led marketing initiatives for a multi-brand HVAC organization in Southern California. His work included brand positioning, performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, all aligned to support growth objectives and market expansion.

Camilo has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. On weekends he and his son explore hikes and enjoy theme parks in Southern California.
