Carson Pettey serves as the Executive Assistant to the Operations Team at Redwood Services, where she provides strategic support to internal teams. In this role, she brings order to complexity—turning fast-moving, high-pressure environments into streamlined, efficient operations through thoughtful problem-solving, event planning, and meticulous attention to detail.
With over six years of experience as a Level-C Executive Assistant, Carson has played an integral role in supporting startup and growth-stage organizations wearing many hats. She is recognized for her calm, positive presence and her ability to create structured, strategic workflows that allow executives to stay focused on what matters most. Her background in graphic design and event planning further enhances her ability to execute at a high level, making her a trusted right hand to the leaders she supports.
Carson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Memphis. Outside of work, she is a devoted dog mom and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
