Cathi Stevens

Director of Field Accounting

As Director of Field Accounting, Cathi supports Redwood Partner Controllers with operational accounting initiatives, with a focus on profitability. Cathi provides ongoing coaching and support to help develop Controllers into strategic leaders in their respective businesses.

Cathi has been part of the Rite Way team for the past 5 years, where she began as the Controller before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Rite Way, Cathi spent 18 years with one of the world’s most exclusive health resorts, in roles from Hotel Manager to Corporate Accountant. She has additional experience as a Controller for a BPO and in various accounting roles in the not-for-profit and banking industries. Over her more than 25 years of experience in accounting, Cathi’s accomplishments include scaling and maintaining the growth of a business from $27M to $70M in five years and leading teams of over 100 people, across multiple departments.  

Cathi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Accountancy, magna cum laude, from the University of Phoenix. She and her husband reside in Arizona, where she is an avid cyclist, holding records on Mt. Lemmon and Mt. Graham.
