Chance Dye

M&A Associate

Chance is the Mergers & Acquisitions Associate for Redwood Services. In this role, Chance helps lead all aspects of M&A and assists with the Corporate Strategy & Financial Analysis of Redwood.

Prior to joining Redwood, Chance spent nearly three years in real estate finance and then most recently spent two and a half years at Monogram Foods in Treasury and Acquisitions. During his time at Monogram, he helped see the company through one large acquisition and a dividend recapitalization while also assisting with overseeing corporate treasury functions.

Chance earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Mississippi State University. He has an MBA with a Finance concentration from The University of Alabama where he graduated magna cum laude.

Chance is a board member of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis. He enjoys participating in community outreach programs and giving back to the City of Memphis as much as he can.

Chance is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and his wife Paige is a native Memphian. Together they have one wonderful son.
