Vice President of Field Operations

Dan is a Vice President of Field Operations at Redwood Services, where he collaborates closely with Redwood Partners and their leadership teams to enhance operational strategies that drive profitable revenue growth.

Dan has dedicated over 25 years to the trades and takes pride in having started his early career journey as an HVAC technician. With over 20 years spent professionally developing in a flagship contracting business, Dan’s career has allowed him to progress through multiple management and leadership roles, ultimately allowing him to lead and serve as the General Manager of that organization. Most recently, Dan was engaged as a Nexstar Business Coach, where he continued to sharpen his lens on Operational Excellence and promoting sustainable and profitable growth in the trades.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling, all things outdoors and spending time with his wife at their home in Union, KY.
