Dave Boduch

Vice President of Training

Dave is the Vice President of Training for Redwood Services. He has been in the trades for over 30 years, joining a plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company as a high school co-op student in 1994. Dave stayed with that business for over 25 years, eventually taking part ownership.  

Along the way, Dave also worked with Nexstar Network, one of the industry’s leading best practice organizations, as a Member Trainer. In 2000, Dave left his ownership role in the businesses to join Nexstar as a full time Master Trainer.

Dave has experience in developing content for, and facilitating training in, just about every aspect that impacts a business in the trades. This includes working with Service Technicians, Installers, Sales, Call Centers, Dispatch, Inventory, Management & Leadership. Over the years, he has designed and facilitated training for thousands of participants; impacting lives and helping to raise the bar in the industry. He brings an extensive and unique combination of operational, financial, and educational skills to his current role as VP of training at Redwood.  

Dave has a BBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he and his wife still live today with their two children.
