David Katz

Vice President of Operations

David is the Vice President of Operations for Redwood Services. In this role, David is responsible for partnering with portfolio companies to help lead revenue growth and profit improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining Redwood, David spent 16 years at The ServiceMaster Company where he held multiple roles in operations, mergers and acquisitions and as corporate counsel. During his tenure at ServiceMaster he supported American Home Shield (home warranties) and Terminix (pest control). David led the acquisition and integration of well over 100 service based companies with a focus on operational excellence and the customer experience – including in the HVAC space. He has also managed the operations of pest control businesses both domestically and internationally including most recently, a large pest and lawn control business in South Florida. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, David was in private legal practice.

David earned his B.S. in Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey with Honors and his J.D. from the University of Memphis. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar.
