Dee Hammonds leads Recruiting and Retention strategy at Redwood, where she leverages technology and innovative sourcing strategies to support Redwood Partner Companies. She builds scalable recruiting frameworks, coaches leaders, and Partners with executive and field teams to improve hiring performance and retention.
Dee is a seasoned talent leader with 15 years of experience in home services. She specializes in developing high-performing recruiting strategies and teams that attract top talent and support field operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses.
Prior to joining Redwood, Dee led Talent Acquisition for a national home services platform, where she oversaw recruiting strategy across more than a dozen partner companies. She built the framework, processes, and entire recruiting function that supported the organization, scaling infrastructure and helping fill hundreds of roles across field and leadership teams.
Earlier in her career, Dee founded and grew her own recruiting and consulting business and previously built and exited a payment processing company. She also holds a patent for a consumer product.
Outside of work, Dee is a dedicated mother of two and an avid beekeeper. She enjoys an active lifestyle centered around health, fitness, and the outdoors.
