Evan is the Director of Business Development at Redwood Services. He is responsible for identifying and building relationships with the best residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical operators in the country, helping grow Redwood’s family of Partner Companies. Through his extensive industry network, direct outreach and deep understanding of the trades, Evan connects exceptional business owners with Redwood’s long-term partnership model.

Before Redwood, Evan spent nearly a decade at ServiceTitan, joining as employee #124, growing alongside it through $1B ARR and 3,500+ employees. Evan built the enterprise SDR function from scratch, scaling from solo contributor to a team of 20 and developed a ground-level understanding of how home services businesses operate that he now brings directly to the acquisition process.

Evan earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University.

A Ventura County native, Evan lives in Westlake Village with his wife Rachel, daughter Juliette, and Bernedoodle Willis. When he’s not working a deal, you’ll find him on the golf course, the basketball court, or at the poker table.
