Grant Villanueva

M&A Analyst

Grant is a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst for Redwood Services. In this role, Grant helps lead all aspects of the M&A process in addition to assisting with both strategy and financial analysis. 

Before joining Redwood, Grant spent two years as a Portfolio Valuation (PV) Analyst within Kroll’s Alternative Asset Advisory (AAA) group in Atlanta, Georgia. He managed 10 different client accounts comprised of anywhere between 5-200+ portfolio companies. While valuing a wide variety of financial instruments and guiding clients’ portfolio teams through the audit process, he spearheaded the VC and M&A Industry update for Kroll’s AAA group each quarter. 

A native Richmond, Virginian, Grant earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. He also enjoys marathon racing, hiking, surfing, football, basketball, golf, and live music. Grant currently resides in Memphis.
