Director of Field Operations

Heath is the Director of Field Operations for Redwood Services. In this role, he works closely with Redwood Partner Companies to support top line revenue growth and drive operational efficiencies. Additionally, he supports Service, Sales, and Call Center Managers on best practices on implementation in order to reach and exceed optimal performance goals.

With more than four decades of experience across the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries, Heath has built a reputation as a proven leader and trusted advisor. He has owned and operated successful businesses in five different states, consistently delivering double-digit profitability across all three trades. As a recognized Subject Matter Expert for one of the nation’s largest HVAC organizations, he has coached and supported over 400 companies in technical, sales, leadership, and operations.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Heath finds joy in the outdoors—whether taking peaceful walks in the woods with his dog or working with his hands on his property in Northeast Mississippi. He treasures time with his wife of 35 years and especially enjoys visits with their children and grandchildren.

Heath also proudly served in the Army National Guard and pursued his studies at Mississippi State University.
