Jay Dearborn

Director of Field Operations

Jay is the Director of Field Operations for Redwood Services. In this role, he works closely with Redwood Partner Companies to support top line revenue growth and drive operational efficiencies. Additionally, he supports Service, Sales, and Call Center Managers on best practices implementation in order to reach and exceed optimal performance goals.

Jay has spent 11 years in the HVAC and Plumbing industries in a variety of sales capacities. Most recently, Jay was a Director of Sales where he and his team consistently grew sales revenue by greater than 35 percent.

He studied Psychology at Las Positas College in California and was a member of the football team and student council. Jay and his wife have three children together. He is a passionate outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing when not in the office.
