Manager of Total Rewards

Jeremy is the Manager of Total Rewards. In this role, he supports the management of retirement and health benefit plans and driving data-based decisions in HR through improvements in data collection, analytics and reporting. Jeremey ensures timely plan renewals and compliance as well as optimizing benefit administration through ADP.

Jeremy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across various industries. He has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering significant time and cost savings through data automation and report generation. He previously spent five years at Verso Corporation, where he served as the Sr. Benefits Data Analyst and helped manage the 401k funding and reconciliation. Jeremy has also held roles at companies such as Holley Performance Products, PODS, Mid America Apartments, and Pfizer Inc.

Jeremy earned his BBA in Business Economics from the University of Memphis. In his free time enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball.
