Jessica is a Division Controller for Redwood Services. In this role, she partners with Redwood Partner Companies to strengthen financial operations, drive process improvements, and leverage technology to support growth and scalability. She is passionate about helping teams work more efficiently while creating sustainable processes that improve business performance. 

Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience spanning accounting, HR, IT, and business operations, with most of her career spent advancing through leadership roles in the home services industry. Prior to joining Redwood, she spent four years as the Controller for Cardinal Heating, a Redwood Partner Company, where she helped integrate acquisitions, lead technology transitions, improve financial processes, and drive greater operational efficiency.

Jessica holds an MBA from Lakeland University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Upper Iowa University, and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Madison College. She is also a Commander-Level Certified Administrator through ServiceTitan.

Jessica lives in Wisconsin with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching youth sports and traveling with her family, who are dedicated Seattle Mariners fans with a goal to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums.
