Jessica Yawn
Director of Customer Experience
Jessica is the Director of Customer Experience for Redwood Services. In this role, she leads Redwood and its Partners in its effort to develop a best-in-class customer experience strategy, achieve monthly goals, and develop front-line Call Center Managers and Representatives.
Jessica is a senior professional with 20 years of experience in the home services industry. Prior to joining Redwood, she served as the Customer Service Manager for an HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company in Florida. During her time there, she led the Call Center and Dispatch team as well as received the opportunity to lead a variety of service lines including HVAC and Plumbing. Jessica is truly passionate about customer experience and believes that building strong relationships and communication hold the key to success.
Jessica is originally from Oceanside, California, where her father served in the Marine Corp. Jessica, her fiancé Dennis, and their 3 children currently reside in Florida. During their free time, they enjoy spending time outdoors and being in the company of friends and family. Jessica and her family are active in their community volunteering efforts and love the time they get to spend together helping others.
