Since founding the company in 2020, he has led Hendrick through a period of significant growth, building a team of 90 full-time teammates and a reputation for exceptional customer service across the greater Tulsa area. Justin continues to lead the company’s day-to-day operations as part of the Redwood family, focused on delivering for customers and maintaining a positive, supportive culture for employees. Justin and his family are proud to call Tulsa home and enjoy golfing, hunting and skiing in their free time.
