Kent Gurske

Director of Operational Improvements 

Kent serves as Director of Operational Improvements for Redwood Services, where he assists Redwood Partners with strengthening their organizational health and achieving their goals. 

Kent began his career in the trades as a plumber in 1986 and went on to earn Master Plumbing Licenses in California, Kansas, and Missouri. He owned and operated a successful plumbing company in Fullerton, California from 1993 to 2008 before joining Anthony PHCE as Plumbing Manager. Over the next 12 years, Kent advanced to become President and Partner, gaining deep experience in operational leadership and team development. 

Kent and his wife, Sheri, have been married for over 35 years. They have two daughters together, along with a son-in-law, and granddaughter. In his free time, Kent loves to travel, garden, hike, and watch his Irish Sport Horse compete across the country.
