Lynn Tomasek is the CEO of Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric. A second-generation leader in the trades industry, Lynn grew up working in the family business before joining the company full-time after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology with minors in Small Business Management and Marketing from the University of Montana Northern, where she also played basketball.
 
Over the course of her career, Lynn has worked in nearly every area of the business including customer service, dispatch, call center management, marketing and human resources before purchasing the company alongside her siblings and becoming CEO in 2015. Her hands-on experience across departments has given her a deep understanding of both the operational and people side of the business.
 
Under Lynn’s leadership, Brothers has grown in annual revenue and expanded to a team of more than 100 employees. She has helped drive the company’s growth through operational innovation, scalable systems, leadership development, and a strong focus on culture, accountability, and customer experience.
 
Beyond her executive leadership, Lynn is passionate about leadership development, mentorship, wellness, and personal growth. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for others to grow both professionally and personally and is an advocate for resilience, accountability, and helping people reach their full potential. Lynn previously worked as a transformation coach helping women through health and fitness journeys and remains actively involved in community and industry organizations while serving on multiple advisory boards.
 
Lynn was recognized as a Colorado Titan 100 Honoree for Top CEOs and C-Level Executives in 2024, 2025 & 2026. Under her leadership, Brothers has earned numerous industry and workplace awards including BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Trust, Top Workplaces, Colorado Companies to Watch, and Best of Mile High.
