Megan Lucas

Manager of Benefits Administration

Megan serves as the Manager of Benefits Administration at Redwood Services, where she is responsible for the planning, administration, and oversight of the company’s health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.

Prior to joining Redwood, Megan held human resources and benefits roles across the construction, insurance, and retail industries, bringing more than 21 years of experience in benefits strategy, administration, and employee support.

Originally from Mississippi, and a graduate of Mississippi State University, Megan now resides in Helena, Alabama. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors with her husband, experiencing all that nature has to offer.
