Mike is the Senior ServiceTitan Business Coach for Redwood Services.

Mike has been in the trades since 2005; starting as a Comfort Advisor and then moving into management roles such as Service Manager, General Manager, and Director. He most recently served as the first Software Coach for the Nexstar Network, one of the industry’s most successful best-practices-sharing groups. Mike coached contractors across the country on how to effectively leverage their software to complement and enable business operations – a skillset that has helped him develop a successful career within the Trades. Mike is also a ServiceTitan Certified Partner and was an inaugural member of their advanced certification program.

Mike and his wife were both born and raised in Massachusetts and have lived in Buffalo, NY since 2010. They have six children and three grandchildren together.
