Sandra Koblas

Senior Vice President, People

Sandra is the Senior Vice President, People of Redwood Services. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies across the Redwood Family.

Sandra is a senior professional in human resources with 30 years’ experience in rapidly growing organizations. Prior to joining Redwood, Sandra spent nearly 14 years at Austal USA, a global shipbuilder holding primary contracts with the United States Navy. During her tenure at Austal, Sandra served in progressively more responsible roles culminating in her being named Vice President of Human Resources. At Austal, Sandra led a team of human resources professionals growing a business-critical work force from 800 to 4,500 in less than four years. In addition to talent acquisition, she was responsible for organizational policy, compliance, employee relations and total rewards.

Sandra also has extensive knowledge in talent management, compliance, risk management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning, total rewards and M&A.

Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She and her husband are from the Mobile, AL area where they raised two sons. They are both passionate about fishing and spending time with their two grandchildren.
