Shane Donohue

Director of Field Operations

Shane is a Director of Field Operations for Redwood Services. In this role, he works closely with Redwood Partner Companies to support top line revenue growth and drive operational efficiencies.  Additionally, he supports Service, Sales, and Call Center Managers on best practices implementation in order to reach and exceed performance goals.

Shane graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in Criminology/Sociology.  He then served in the Marine Corps before beginning his 20-year journey in the home services industry where he has served as a Field Operations Manager, District Service Manager, General Manager, Region Director, and Vice President of Operations.

Shane is originally from Montana and enjoys hunting, fishing, and any outdoor activity. He also loves to spend time with his rescue dog, friends, and family.
