Shayne Mehringer

Chief Information Officer

Shayne Mehringer is the Chief Information Officer at Redwood Services. He leads the organization’s enterprise technology strategy, data intelligence initiatives, cybersecurity, AI roadmap, and overall digital footprint.

A services platform CIO since 2013, Shayne has a proven track record of driving digital transformation across multi-location service organizations. He served as CIO on the executive team that transformed the Dwyer Group into Neighborly Brands, where he spearheaded the deployment of ServiceTitan across the brand portfolio and managed that strategic partnership for six years. Under his leadership, Neighborly implemented a global CRM and a fully integrated vendor network, enabling data-driven marketing and operational improvements that increased customer frequency and ticket size.

In 2019, Shayne joined FASTSIGNS International and its private equity partners to create Propelled Brands. There, he led the development of a data-centric culture, delivering actionable KPIs and performance insights to franchise partners.

Most recently, as CIO of Premium Service Brands, Shayne enhanced shared services, strengthened the ServiceTitan ecosystem, and developed a forward-looking AI strategy to support scalable growth.

A native Texan, Shayne enjoys life on his ranch outside of Waco with his wife, and their two children. He has a passion for performance horses and the outdoors.
