Stephanie Caron

Vice President of Total Rewards

Stephanie is the Vice President of Total Rewards at Redwood Services. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the Benefits, Compensation, and Human Capital Technology systems are competitive, scalable, and have an impact on the long-and short-term performance of the organization.  Stephanie brings over twenty years of experience in these disciplines as well as over ten years of experience in the home services industry.

Stephanie was instrumental in growing the People Division of Redwood in her initial role as the first SVP of People.  She has continued to play an active role at Redwood as a consultant for the past 2-1/2 years. Prior to Redwood, Stephanie spent seven years at ServiceMaster Brands as the leader of Total Rewards and HR Operations leading the implementation of new HR Technology as well as driving innovative approaches to compensation and benefits.  She has also held Compensation and Benefits leadership positions at The Home Depot and HD Supply and as a consultant for Ernst & Young and Mercer Consulting.

Originally from Maine, Stephanie lives in Memphis and holds a BA in Political Science from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
