Stephanie Moore

Integration Manager

Stephanie is an Integration Manager at Redwood Services, where she leads post-closure integration planning. In this role, she ensures the seamless execution of new Redwood partnerships and tuck-in acquisitions across the organization.

Prior to joining Redwood, Stephanie served as a Growth Operations Manager at OneOncology, a national network of community oncology practices. There she supported M&A and service line expansion initiatives, optimized CRM systems, and drove cross-functional alignment between business development, operations, and marketing. Earlier in her career, she held supply chain roles at Pactiv Evergreen and International Paper, where she managed network optimization, cost-to-serve analysis, and strategic sourcing projects.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is an active member of the Junior League of Memphis, where she contributes to community development and volunteer initiatives across the city.

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Stephanie and her husband, Van, who is from Tupelo, are proud Mississippi State fans and are expecting their first child in early 2026.
