Director of Customer Experience

Tom serves as a Director of Customer Experience at Redwood Services. In this role, he supports Redwood and its Partners in developing best‑in‑class customer experience practices, achieving monthly objectives, and strengthening front-line call center leadership and teams.

After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, he began his career in call center management, where he built strong leadership cultures, improved customer satisfaction, and delivered consistent, scalable results. Tom brings more than 22 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing call center teams.

Along the way, Tom spent nearly five years with Nexstar, one of the industry’s most successful best‑practice sharing organizations, serving as a Customer Experience Coach. In this role, he partnered with organizations nationwide to elevate performance through proven customer experience strategies and leadership development.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Naval Science from Miami University, Oxford. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two amazing children at his home in Nashville, Tennessee.
